In today’s competitive world, it is imperative to stress upon the health workshops. As the economy grows, one gets attracted towards modernization, urbanization, mechanized transportation, sedentary occupations giving rise to lifestyle diseases. Lack of exercise, reduced physical activity, increased stress levels to keep up to the competition, consumption of junk / processed / tin food act as a slow poison resulting into chronic health conditions if not dealt with in time. Lifestyle diseases don’t discriminate across age, gender, caste or creed. So every other Indian at some point is susceptible to some kind of lifestyle disease.

The need of the decade is shift from curative to preventive phase of health transition. SCOPE has introduced various health workshops of Yoga, First aid and CPR with emphasis on specific demographics.

By the end of the workshop, the participants will have the tools needed to transition to a skill based approach to a healthy life style.
